“Setting back into Townsville took a bit of time, but I’m already seeing what an impact that month has made on my life. It’s reminded me of my own strengths and potential. That I am the only thing that is limiting myself.
These drawings and photographs have all been created since I’ve been back in Townsville. I’m finally giving myself space, and a chance to discover, be curious of the world and to create. Even stepping out of my comfort zone by creating this report the way I felt it should be created, has opened up a new way for me to connect through storytelling and photography.”
Following her journey to Tasmania for Erfan Daliri’s Conscious Clearing for Creative Artists, having attended Art Month in Sydney, and completed an Unlocking Creativity course through The Writer’s Studio, Nicole Zicchino has compiled a zine to chart her experience. We highly recommend downloading a copy to read about her journey – if you can’t get your hands on a physical copy to truly appreciate the work!
